COMMUNITY BUILDING RULES

The Village Board of Trustees, and the Village Clerk will govern the rules and regulations of the Village of Eagle Community Building. Any Chairman of respective organizations or groups and all sponsors or adult leaders will be responsible for enforcing the rules. Community Building privileges may be denied at the discretion of the Village Board for infractions of the rules. Persons filing complaint against users shall do so in writing.

No alcoholic beverages permitted.

All floors should be swept and spills wiped up. All counters are to be wiped off. The building is to be left in the condition it was found, if not better. This includes all tables and chairs left as arranged.

Stove and oven are to be cleaned/wiped out after each use. Turn burners off!!

NO food to be left in the refrigerator.

Nothing is to be removed from the building. This includes all furnishings, kitchen equipment, etc., without the permission of the Village Board of Trustees as recorded in the minutes.

All users are to furnish their own cleaning supplies, paper products, plates, utensils and trash bags. ALL TRASH IS TO BE REMOVED FROM PREMISES!

Be sure all bathrooms are cleaned and that the lights are turned off in the entire building. Ceiling fans should be turned off also.

NO SMOKING!

The key is to be returned to the Village Clerk. Make key pick up and return arrangements with the Clerk when reserving the building.

The person checking out the key must be at least 21 years of age, and will be held responsible for all damages to the building and contents until the key is returned to the Village Clerk. At no time is the building to be left without adult supervision.

A $75.00 deposit will be collected and refunded in its entirety if all of the above rules have been followed, and there is no damage done to the building or contents of the building.
